SMART ENGLISH EDUCATION

Hi guys, I’m novia, Novia Angela

I go to school at Saint Albert Junior High School in Ketapang, West Borneo.

Now, I’m in grade VII B. I love my school, well today I will tell you about my daily activities.

Everyday I wake up at six o’clock except holiday or on Sunday, I wake up late. Yeah, I’m not the same as my friends who can wake up early in the morning. I think I will not get up soon if my mother doesn’t wake me up, I may get up at seven or eight, (ha......ha......ha....). I’m so lazy, right?

Okay, I’ll continue my story.

After I wake up, I usually make my bed and clean the room. Then, I take a bath soon and brush my teeth, get dressed followed by having breakfast and go to school.

It takes about five hours to join the lessons from seven to one at school. At one sharp, We go home from school. At home, I take a bath and change my uniforms into casual wear, like T-shirt and shorts. Then, I go to the dinning room for lunch. After that, I play some games from my handphone for a while and go to study and do my home works. At four o’clock in the afternoon, I have extra lesson, it’s Math. I go home from the course at five, directly I take a bath after home and rest. At six o’clock, I have dinner with my mom, dad, sister and once I make sure that I have done all my home work.

At seven pm, I usually watch television or read some novels (of course for teen). After it, I hurry up to the bathroom for brushing my teeth, washing my hands and feet, pray to God and go to sleep later.

Well guys,

Today I’m happy because I can share my busy activities to you.

By the way, My complete name is Maria SeptaRahayu Pitaloka

You can call me Pipit, so simple, is it?

I’m the first daughter of a mariage couple of Mr. Benedictus Aji Subekti and Mrs. Theresia Harpeni.

Okay Guys,

Here is my daily activities.

I must get up early in the morning at four, because I live in a boarding school, Saint Louis boarding school. The dormitories are handled by the Holy Heart of Christ Sisters. Our sisters are really kind to us, they always lead us to study, overcome students problems, truly we are also very close with all sisters.

After getting up, I hurry up to take a bath in turn then get dressed and do the morning pray in church to have the daily mass. Before having lessons at school, I must return to the boarding house getting breakfast together.

Do you know who cook food in the morning?

Yes, of course we do. As the other activities, there is also a special turn for cooking in the morning, once a week for every student. After finishing breakfast at 6:15, I directly move to class for joining its lessons. My school begins at six fifty or ten minutes to seven. It is as same as when I was in Junior High School, Saint Albert School.

Sweeping the floor of our class is also provided once a week for every student.

When you come to my school, you will be surprised.

Do you know why? Do you want to know?

You know that area surrounding my school is exactly clean and tidy. Rubbish, No Way!

So, I am very interested in joining and studying at school. It’s really comfortable for learning there. School study lasts for about six half hours study

After home, I have lunch together with all friends in refter. In early afternoon, at three pm I usually join extra curricular at school until five pm. Having a shower is a must after cooling down my body from being tired of the extra. We have dinner in the evening after the pray and Angelus pray, We usually do it at six o’clock. After eating, I use my spare time for relax, chat with friends, or sometimes read article books or maybe call home, calling father or mother.

When there will be some tests, I also function it as preparing my tests, and the time of short hand reflects to ten, I must go to bed and sleep well.

HOW TO BE SMART STUDENTS

Everyone has different talent among other, he/ she should improve the talent if he or she will be smart student. There are many ways to be smart students wherever we are. School is the basis of most education in countries. School leads to many various job choices in life, and can help you achieve the career you would like to be in, besides that, it also makes more money. Being smart students can help you keep moral value up and get better grades. Read on step one to nine to find out how to become a smart student!

1. Always pay attention in class.If you don't do it, you might not understand what your teacher teaches you. Don’t talk too much to your friends or pass notes. Refrain from daydreaming as it can cause you losing focus completely.

2. Always be prepared for school. Eat your breakfast and bring everything you need before leaving home. In class, make sure all books that you need are with you.

3. Follow instructions. If you follow the instructions to your teachers are giving you, you will be a smart student in no time! If you don't follow instructions, you may misread a question, which will affect your exam grades little bit worse.

4. Study. Always study, so you can memorize what you have learned. Your teacher might give a little quiz from time to time about everything you learned before, and if you don’t prepare it, you will not do well.

5. Become more organized. Being organized will help you find the right papers at the right time. Being unorganized will probably lead you to missing papers and homework.

6. Always finish your homework on time. It's very important! It gives you the practice that you need to prepare you to be ready for a test or an exam. Treat all homework like a test paper. Think that a homework as crucial, and if you don't finish it you're not going to graduate.

7. Prioritize important thing. Which is more important, Facebook or your homework? Always set up a schedule and plan ahead. Doing the stuff is more important rather than doing useless things.

8. Take down notes at school. Whenever the teacher is talking non-stop and you can't remember your lessons, please take down whatever he/she is saying. Go home and revise lessons. If you have problems you can ask the teacher after class hours.

9. Get the true friends. If you want to be a friend to those who call you a "nerd" or a "study freak". Sometimes it can bring you down, make you upset, and in some situations, you may let go of your studies completely because of them. Just be nice to them and tell them why you want to study hard. If they can't accept it, then it's fine. Try to socialize yourself with different circles of friends who have the same interests like you and accept you for the person you are.

Above all are the main items on how to overcome the crisis of knowledge, when we are successful of solving this matter, we will be the best and really “Being Smart Students is waiting for you”

RECOUNT OF MY MORNING

MY UNFORGOTABLE EXPERIENCE

MY MORNING

This morning, I woke up at twenty minutes to six. I was so lazy to get up today. The first thing I did was checking up my phone for calling or sending message, Instagram, 9Gag, and twitter. After that I felt awake enough, then I got up from my bed to the bathroom to have a shower. Before I started it, I played some musics from my mobile to get a little bit more excited.

After taking a bath, I quickly got dressed up and enjoyed my breakfast. Then I waited for my uncle to pick me up to school with his motorcycle.

Soon, I arrived at school at twenty five past six and I didn’t feel anything weird. I walked through my class directly and I was so shocked when the class was locked and sealed, Do you know why? Yeach, because it was very dirty and unpleasant. As far as I knew, It had already been cleaned before. I thought that it was because of the students who studied extra lesson in my class, they threw away rubbish on the floor and they didn’t pick it up later.

The bell rang. All the students of ninth grade were gathered in volleyball court. The students from each class who were responsible for cleaning the class yesterday should clean the class again. While they were cleaning the room, Mr. Agung asked the other students to stay at the court to salute the school building in respect position until they finished cleaning the classes. Our class got the last turn entering class because they finished at last.

The first lesson was still about fifteen minutes more, it was Math. No more after that the bell rang, meant that we changed to the next lesson, English. Now is English Conversation, our English Conversation teacher, Mr. Ben says that we must write an experience about our activity after getting up to the English lesson, Hi, Sir.
