CERTAINTY AND UNCERTAINTY

As you know that the meaning of Certainty is Kepastian (Indonesian Language) while Uncertainty is Ketidakpastian (Indonesian Language). So, by this matter, what does it mean actually about Certainty and Uncertainty.
Before we start our explanation today,

How do you feel today? I hope you are all good now even though there's a big trouble in Ketapang, West Borneo. There's a very bad situation there, because everywhere has been polluted by unhealthy smoke due to the burning forest in almost Borneo island especially in West Borneo. According to this incident, all sections of Education there should be held through online system, all students must stay at home to avoid any obstruction or polluted by the unhealthy air during out of home.

UNCERTAINTY is an expression used to express something we say to other person about what we feel unsure or uncertain.
Example:
I am not sure that the burning forest smoke pollution is easy to disappear from Borneo island.
