TRAVELLING TO SUKADANA
On Wednesday, my students and I went to Kayong Utara.
We stayed at Tiara hotel in Sukadana.
On Thursday, we visited a temple in Sedahan village.
There was a big temple and it was really amazing. We enjoyed the panorama in
the village, and I was so surprised when I saw many farmers was having fruits
harvest together at the moment. We ate durians, local mangoes or kuini, and
also oranges, you know that they were so tasty.
On Friday morning, we went to Gunung Palung
Mountain. We spent there for about four hours. We were so lucky because we were
led by two smart and friendly guides, they were Mr. Frenky and Miss Linda. We
were so happy, because we could see “Orang Utan” at the place. It was one of
the icons of Gunung Palung in Kayong Utara. Then, we continued our journey to
Pulau Datuk beach.
We arrived at Pulau Datuk beach at four thirty in the
afternoon, the views were so exotic and really beautiful. We played a banana
boat and took some pictures. I had never felt as happy as I did before, it was
really excited for me, and the next day, we left for Pontianak by speed boat at
seven thirty in the early day. I hope that I can visit Kayong Utara again at
the other vacation.
